Took my three grandsons and they had a blast. The rooms looked a bit worn. But the boys had their own bunk beds (kidcabin) and totally enjoyed it. There is no free room service. The positive is that you can go in at 1pm and start using the water park till 8pm on the day you check out. Of course you have to check in first thing. Most people get in line for the front desk check in but the line was super long when we arrived. I had called and had already selected the package for two days. I used the kiosk to check in, pay the balance, and print the wrist passes. and it was much much faster than going thru the front desk line. I bought the Ultimate Food and Fun pass for $300 and that was totally worth it. It included unlimited use of the rock climbing, unlimited use if the ropes course (Howlers Peak), unlimited entry to the Moonstone Mine, unlimited entry to mini golf. This was for the whole family. It also included wolf mugs for the whole family and unlimited soda fountain refills., two Great Wolf towels, two cups of candy from the candy store, a tote bag, and $100 dining credit. I spent about $1100 for the two days but the kids enjoyed it immensely.

Kids had a great time but man so they nickel and dime you. Expect to pay a lot for what seems like very little in return. The Waterpark is fairly small but kids didn't mind at all. The lines for the slides were fairly small and moving pretty quickly. They did have additional activities that cost extra. We did the magic quest (scavenger hunt) but it was late and kids got tired. The next day they were eager to continue but the attraction was turned off until 11 so we didn't get much out of that. Really disappointed that they couldn't turn on the scavenger hunt before the store opened (toy look for decorations and point your wand at then to get a quick animation and sound, no attendant required...). If you plan on coming i would skip the stay and look out for deals on a day pass. Especially since you're locked out grin when you wake up until things get going at 11 Decore: excellent Staff: ok Rooms: average Waterpark: average Value: poor Food: average (burger and buffet)

This was my first time here. We are locals and saw that groupon had a great deal on a one night stay that would give us two full days at the park for our family of four. The park was great! We loved all the attractions. I do wish the lazy river wasn't so shallow as this made it so kids could stand and play in it as if it was a regular pool. It seemed to always be over crowded because of this aspect. I also appreciated that they had everything you could possibly need in one shop or another. Although, I think they probably make enough money off everything else that they don't need to charge $5 for water. The room wasn't great. We got a wolf den room for the bunk beds. Our kids are used to sleeping in bunks when we visit someplace. However, these beds are pretty small here. It's definitely designed for much younger kids to stay in this room. The couch and chairs are very uncomfortable. Our room was by the elevator and we could hear people coming and going late into the night. It sounded as if our room didn't even have a door. Kids were constantly running down the halls. We even had someone knock on our door and when I checked no one was there but some kids laughing by the elevator. Th

Stayed here with our 4 and 6 year old recently and had a good time. The room was clean and the theme was cute. I love that everyone gets wolf ears upon arrival. The indoor and outdoor pool areas are both fun to hangout at. The kiddie area was a favorite for my children. We had fun so we will be back again!
